The Grade 8 Promotion Ceremony is Monday, June 20th at 7P.M. in the HS/MS Gym.
8th grade students should arrive by 6:40P.M. and be dressed appropriately - NO shorts or t-shirts please. Thank you.

Millis DI wanted to pass along the results from our team that participated in last week's Global Finals Competition held at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. As you know Millis DI had one team earn the ability to compete at the Global Finals competition. This is the fourth year in a row that Millis has had a team competing at Global Finals. Our Elementary Level team made up of 4th and 5th graders traveled to Knoxville, TN with more than 17,000 other participants. 1,464 teams from 21 countries competed in the competition.

On Friday, June 10 the middle school will participate in our own version of the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life event in honor of staff, families, and community members touched by cancer.

What parent has not had an occasion to worry about a child when it comes to the use of tobacco, alcohol, or drugs? As times change, so do the drugs of choice, but teenagers continue to experiment. Awareness and education help reduce the incidence of substance abuse and addiction.
