Thank you to Mrs. Robinson, Mrs. Divver, and the middle school writers for hosting the Middle School Writers Group Showcase in the library. Student authors worked hard during the past few months to write and edit their original stories. It was a treat to hear the young authors read their stories aloud to the audience, and it was a show of great creativity and effort by middle school students!
The Middle School welcomes Ms. Arppana George as a long-term substitute for Michelle Shepardson in grade 8 math. Ms. George started on December 1 and is working closely with Ms. D'Espinosa to coordinate instruction for students. We appreciate the patience and support of families the past few weeks as we worked to find a highly qualified candidate for this position. We are confident that Ms. George will be a positive addition to the grade 8 team in Mrs. Shepardson's absence.
