SUBMITTING AGENDA ITEMS
1.5.2
Any citizen, group of citizens, or any recognized association in the Millis Public
Schools, may request that any matter be placed on the agenda for discussion by the
School Committee, subject to the following regulation:
The request,
shall be in writing and shall be received by the Superintendent of
Schools at least one week prior to the date of
the meeting. The request shall be
accompanied with written
rationale.
A School Committee member may verbally request an item to be placed on the agenda
prior to the issuance of the preliminary agenda.
Any request not in compliance with the one week regulation may be waived at the
discretion of the Superintendent of Schools.
Final decisions regarding the agenda are at the discretion of the School
Committee.
