USER'S FEE - ATHLETICS

Each student participant will be assessed a $60.00 users's fee to take part in a
sport.
The fee will be paid prior to the student taking part in practices and prior to
any equipment being issued.
If a student should be injured within the first two weeks of practice and he is
unable to participate for the remainder of the season, his money will be
refunded.
Students who are cut from a sport shall also have their money refunded.
Students who quit shall not get a refund.
Every attempt will be made by the athletic staff and its administration to seek
out community scholarship support for students whose financial need is such that they
absolutely cannot pay the fee. The fee shall be waived for hardship cases if no
scholarships are available. The principal and Director of Athletics shall determine
who shall be eligible for fee waiver. A criterion shall be based upon the data
furnished to the principal relative to free and reduced lunches. Other factors to be
considered are in the areas such as: financial need and size of family.
Each student must abide by the rules and regulations of the school athletic
policies.
The payment of the fee does not guarantee an equally divided participation in
inter-scholastic contests.
