The Superintendent of Schools shall be the advisory and executive officer of the School Committee, and under its direction shall administer and supervise the public schools of the Town and have control over the personnel thereof. He shall be the liaison officer and maintain fluid channels of communication between the Committee, the staff, parents and the community.
